BODY BLAST: This class follows the traditional group fitness format. Class is driven by the beat of the music, sets are organized and led by the instructor. Ideal for new participants.
TRX CHALLENGE:This is a boot camp style class, with participants performing exercises for set time periods, moving at their own speed. Great for those who can push themselves to their limits!! Includes cardio bursts to keep the heart rate elevated.
TRX/MAT: 30 minutes of TRX work followed by 25 minutes of Pilates mat work. A perfect combination. Great for those new to TRX.
